At Flourish By Sage, we have a final sale policy, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed through our website or mobile app.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please make sure to report them within 10 days of the delivery date for us to assist you effectively. Please note that reporting any issues beyond this time frame may result in store credit instead of a direct resolution.
For purchases made through retailers, we kindly ask you to reach out to the store where you bought your products for any return or exchange requests. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for purchases made through third-party retailers.
